Terms of sale

Last updated: November 2, 2026. MXB Evolved (United States). Orders are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service, on our behalf.

What you buy

A one-time payment of the price shown at checkout USD gives you a personal licence to use MXB Evolved with one Steam account that owns MX Bikes. Updates are free for as long as we offer them. There is no subscription.

Activation

On first launch, MXB Evolved connects to our server once and locks itself to your Steam account, using a one-way fingerprint (see Privacy). After that it works offline. If it can't activate, the game runs normally without the mod.

You may not

• share, resell or redistribute MXB Evolved or your download link;
• remove or bypass its licence check;
• use it to break a server's rules or another player's experience.

No affiliation

MXB Evolved is an independent mod. It is not an official product and isn't affiliated with PiBoSo, the developer of MX Bikes. Don't contact the game's developer for support with it.

Warranty

MXB Evolved is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we can't guarantee it works with every PC, driver or future game version. To remove it, delete opengl32.dll. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. See the refund policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
