Refund policy

MXB Evolved is a digital download that activates on your PC, so refunds are limited. Email support@mxbevolved.com within 14 days of purchase, from the address you paid with, and we'll refund you in full if:

• your copy hasn't been activated yet (you haven't started MX Bikes with it installed), or
• it won't run on your PC and we can't get it working together.

A copy that has been activated and works can't be refunded. If you're unsure whether your PC can run it, check the requirements before you buy, or ask us first.

How refunds work

• We can see whether a copy has been activated, but we never see your Steam account details.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
• After a refund, the copy can no longer be downloaded or activated, and you agree to delete it.
• Refunds aren't available for a copy that was shared with someone else or locked to a different Steam account.

Changing PCs or accounts

Your copy locks to the Steam account it first runs on. Reinstalling on any PC with the same Steam account always works. If you need it moved to another account, contact us.
